Shortly before I decided to change my entire life, it seemed like the world hated me. And it felt really loud. And I felt really worthless. And alone. As I began the process of healing, the people I loved the most kept reminding me that I was enough. No matter what all of that other noise seemed to say. I am enough. The jewelry I create reflects my own experiences and the words that helped me to heal. The words "I am enough" are stamped on the inside of this bracelet, with a simple heart on the outside. I hope you can wear this as a reminder that you too, are enough. Always.

 The aluminum is cut and tumbled locally and I stamp and draw over the lettering with hints of color, and form them into shape. The words on this bracelet can also be stamped on the outside, with no stamping on the inside.
