Shortly before I decided to change my entire life, it seemed like the world hated me. And it felt really loud. And I felt really worthless. And alone. Depression and anxiety can be incredibly isolating. It wasn't until I began sharing my experiences that I realized that there are SO MANY of us who struggle with this. The jewelry I create reflects my own experiences and the words that helped me to heal. The words "Not Alone" are stamped on the inside of this bracelet, with a simple heart on the outside. I hope you can wear this as a reminder that you are not alone in your struggles, and that healing is possible.

 The aluminum is cut and tumbled locally and I stamp and draw over the lettering with hints of color, and form them into shape. The words on this bracelet can also be stamped on the outside, with no stamping on the inside.
